INCO International FZ.CO. seeks a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with 15+ years in Oil & Gas. You will oversee QA/QC activities, implement project-specific procedures, and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements across fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.

You will supervise inspections on static and rotating equipment, review documentation, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive NCR/CAR resolutions and quality audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong mechanical QA/QC inspection experience for static and rotating equipment
• Experience in EPC, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning
• Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM and ISO standards
• Familiarity with welding inspection, NDT, material inspection and testing
• Experience reviewing ITPs, Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and documents
• Strong NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions and audits
• QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI are a plus
• Strong coordination, leadership, communication and reporting skills

• Monitor inspections for rotating equipment such as pumps and turbines
• Review material certificates, inspection reports and quality records
• Coordinate with clients, third parties, vendors, and subcontractors
• Oversee welding, fabrication, fit-up, dimensional inspection, NDT and traceability
• Ensure proper execution of inspection procedures and QC plans
• Identify, report, and close NCRs, CARs and quality observations
• Conduct internal QA audits and monitor subcontractor quality
• Review and approve inspection documentation and handover packs
• Ensure FAT, SAT, mechanical completion and commissioning inspections
• Prepare and submit periodic QA/QC reports and maintain docs
• Lead QA/QC inspectors and coordinate with project teams

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in mechanical quality assurance and quality control, with strong exposure to both static and rotating equipment.The successful candidate will oversee quality inspection activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements, and implement quality procedures throughout fabrication, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.

• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC inspection activities for static and rotating equipment.

• Ensure compliance with approved project specifications, applicable codes, international standards, and client requirements.

• Oversee quality inspections for static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and other mechanical equipment.

• Monitor inspection activities for rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and other mechanical machinery.

• Review material certificates, technical documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.

• Coordinate with client representatives, third-party inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors during inspection and testing activities.

• Monitor welding, fabrication, fit-up, dimensional inspection, NDT, and material traceability activities.

• Ensure proper implementation of inspection procedures, quality control plans, and project quality requirements.

• Identify, report, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and quality observations.

• Conduct internal quality audits and monitor subcontractor and vendor quality performance.

• Review and approve inspection documentation, quality dossiers, and final handover documentation.

• Ensure proper execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), mechanical completion, and commissioning inspections, as applicable.

• Prepare and submit periodic QA/QC reports and maintain project quality documentation.

• Lead and guide QA/QC inspectors and coordinate quality-related activities with project and construction teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong experience in mechanical QA/QC inspection covering both static and rotating equipment.

• Experience in EPC, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning projects.

• Good knowledge of applicable international codes and standards, including ASME, API, ASTM, and relevant ISO standards.

• Familiarity with welding inspection, NDT methods, material inspection, and mechanical equipment testing.

• Experience in reviewing ITPs, Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and technical documentation.

• Strong knowledge of NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality audits.

• Relevant QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI, or equivalent are an advantage.

• Strong coordination, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with major Oil & Gas operators and EPC contractors.

• Exposure to both onshore and offshore projects.

• Experience in static and rotating equipment fabrication, installation, inspection, and testing.

• Familiarity with ADNOC or other major Oil & Gas client quality requirements.
