Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a seasoned QAQC Director to define and drive the company’s quality management strategy in Dubai. You will lead the QAQC department, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and coordinate with clients and UAE regulators on quality matters.

The role requires 25+ years in construction, 5+ years at a Tier 1 contractor, and a mandatory ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of construction industry experience with 5+ years as QAQC Director at a Tier 1 UAE contractor.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authority quality requirements and construction standards.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the quality management strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain the ISO 9001 QMS.
• Lead and develop QAQC department including Senior Engineers, Engineers and Inspectors.
• Oversee audit programmes, ITPs, NCR management and quality reporting across all active projects.
• Engage with clients, consultants and UAE regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
• Review and approve project quality plans, inspection and test plans and method statements.
• Implement lessons-learned processes and root cause analysis frameworks.
• Report quality KPIs to senior management and board level.
