Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi is seeking a Program QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical to oversee the Project Quality Management system across the Power and Water Transmission Scheme in Abu Dhabi. The role coordinates with Consultants and EPCs, enforcing regulatory compliance, and supports development of QMS, audits, and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor cert, and 5+ years of project experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills for multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• 5+ years of experience in projects.
• Proven experience in a similar role on programmes with a similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor compliance of Consultants and Contractors with approved Quality Plans and requirements.
• Review quality-related deliverables for timely submission and compliance.
• Coordinate QA/QC reporting, audits, and KPI performance across projects.
• Participate in internal, external, supplier, and compliance audits as required.
• Prepare quality performance summaries and trend analyses for management.
