Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in QA/QC roles on construction projects.
• Certification in Quality Management, QA/QC or ISO 9001 awareness preferred.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification would be advantageous.
• Experience with site inspections, ITPs, NCRs and documentation control.
• Experience with platforms such as Aconex, Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, inspection checklists, and testing requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure works comply with approved plans and contractual requirements.
• Review material submittals, ITPs, testing reports, and other quality-related documentation.
• Raise and document Non-Conformance Reports for works not meeting project requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on QA procedures and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to address quality-related matters.
