Job summary

Core Code io is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control activities on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. You will review drawings, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, and mentor junior engineers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years in QA/QC on-site, and strong leadership and communication skills. UAE relocation and a visa are provided, along with medical and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience and knowledge of QA/QC processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across assigned project packages.
• Review engineering documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities.
• Manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Monitor project quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project close-out activities.
