Senior QA/QC Engineer

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting 2 x Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our Quality Team for a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
2. Preparing all Civil, Architectural, ID inspection including material inspections.
3. Prepare training plan for different trades prior to activity starting at site.
4. Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.
5. Ensure that all the testing’s are being conducted as per approved method statement & ITP.
6. Monitor all the tools and equipment at site that needs calibration.
7. Prepare QA/QC monthly report & project KPI report.
8. Liaise with the consultant for resolving any issues at site with regard to the quality of the work.
9. Liaise with consultant for the closure of NCRS.
10. ADM inspections follow up.
11. Preparing Handing over documents for the project.
12. Maintain all QAQC related records as per project quality plan and IMS system.
13. Lead and ensure that the construction teams are aware about the checking and testing criteria prior to starting any activity at site.
14. Liaise with corporate QHSE Dept for the preparation of any internal or external audits.
15. Other duties assigned by QA/QC Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 8+ Years of relevant work experience in Building Projects.
