China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Senior QA / QC Engineer to join our Quality Team for a newly awarded High Rise Tower project in Dubai, UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
• Preparing all Civil, Architectural, ID inspection including material inspections.
• Prepare training plan for different trades prior to activity starting at site.
• Ensure all inspections at site are conducted as per ITP.
• Ensure that all testing is performed according to approved method statements & ITP.
• Monitor all tools and equipment at site that require calibration.
• Prepare QA / QC monthly reports & project KPI reports.
• Liaise with the consultant to resolve any issues at site regarding work quality.
• Liaise with the consultant for NCR closure.
• Follow up on ADM inspections.
• Prepare handover documents for the project.
• Maintain all QA / QC records as per project quality plan and IMS system.
• Lead and ensure construction teams are aware of checking and testing criteria before starting activities at the site.
• Coordinate with corporate QHSE Department for internal or external audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by QA / QC Manager.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience in High Rise Projects
