Your Role

As a Senior QA / QC Engineer, you will :

Core Job Functions :

• Support project execution to meet schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate and perform QA / QC activities, including inspections, tests, and closeout requirements.
• Review project documents and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in implementing EDMS and data management.
• Use Power BI to analyze and present QA / QC activities.
• Coordinate firestopping activities and train the team on QA / QC initiatives.
• Prepare and manage deliverables schedules and master logs.
• Review and ensure QA submissions meet project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with the team and subcontractors.
• Address NCRs and site observations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor subcontractor quality and support project closeout activities.

What We’re Looking For

• B. Eng degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as a QC engineer in construction.
• Leadership qualities, in-depth construction knowledge, passion for work, excellent analytical and communication skills, positive attitude, reliability, and solution-driven mindset.
