Job description

Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem solving and assessment.

Creates inspection reports detailing the conditions of work areas to ensure requirements are met and makes recommendations for corrective actions.

Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify standards required for project execution.

Implements principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve product safety, reliability, and maintainability.

Responsible for maintaining quality standards of products, procedures, and materials within the work scope.

Aligns the quality management function with the performance needs of product lines.

Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of industry best practices, using experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.

May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
