Job summary

Halian Group is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across critical digital platforms. You will develop test strategies, automate tests, and perform deep manual testing to ensure reliability, scalability, and security in financial and government ecosystems.

You will drive performance validation, manage defects with engineering teams, and uphold QA standards throughout the SDLC, collaborating across fast-paced environments to deliver high‑quality digital products.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of professional QA engineering or software testing experience.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, Selenium and PyTest.
• Experience with performance testing (JMeter) and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git and test management platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to comprehensive test plans covering functional and non‑functional requirements for digital platforms.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and accelerate release cycles.
• Conduct advanced manual testing to identify defects and ensure product quality across complex financial solutions.
• Support performance and load testing to validate system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement and uphold QA processes, standards, and methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead defect management activities by collaborating with engineering teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
