Job summary

Atribs Metscon is seeking an experienced QA engineer to design, implement, and execute test strategies for digital banking applications and APIs. You will drive automated testing efforts, validate REST APIs and microservices, and collaborate across product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.

The role requires 5+ years in QA, strong automation skills, and banking/fintech domain exposure. Fluency in English is expected; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of QA experience including API and automation testing.
Experience with banking or fintech domains is a plus.
Understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and test automation best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for digital banking applications and APIs.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, API, and UAT testing across platforms.
Develop and maintain automated test suites to enhance coverage and release quality.
Validate REST APIs, microservices, and backend services in CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Lead requirement reviews, sprint planning, defect triage, and release readiness assessments.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Track defects end-to-end and ensure quality gates are met.
