Job summary

Client of Brunel in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen the project quality function. You will work closely with the Quality Lead to develop, implement and continuously improve the project\u2019s Quality Program and Quality Management System ensuring full compliance with procedures and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
• Experience developing and maintaining QMS aligned with ISO 9001.
• GCC work experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Senior QA Engineer supports the Quality Lead in developing the Quality Program and audits for compliance with procedures.
• Works with the Quality Lead to monitor status of quality activities and advise on quality-related matters.
• Maintains Quality Management System compliance and drives system improvements.
• Establishes and maintains the quality management system across the project.
• Assists in updating the Contract or Project Quality Plan and other quality documents.
• Performs additional audits and surveys as directed by the Quality Lead.
• Manages quality documentation for the Contractor organization.
• Plans and coordinates receiving and outgoing quality activities and vendor document deliverables.

We are representing our client a leading organization in the oil and gas sector who is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen their project quality function.

In this role you will be a key member of our client s team working closely with the Quality Lead to develop, implement and continuously improve the project s Quality Program and Quality Management System ensuring full compliance with procedures and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Quality Engineer is supporting the Quality Lead for the development of the Quality Program and responsible for the independent surveillance and audit of the project for compliance with procedures and requirements as well as the documentation of compliance and corrective actions.
• Senior Quality Engineer works closely with Quality Lead and advises him on the status of quality-related activities.
• Responsible for Quality Management System compliance and system improvement activities.
• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
• Senior Quality Engineer assists the Quality Lead in the maintenance and updating of the Contract or Project Quality Plan and other quality related project documents.
• As directed by Quality Lead the Senior Quality Engineer will perform other quality related audits and surveys.
• Manage quality business and engineering documentation for the Contractor organization.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving and outgoing quality functions, coordinated vendor document deliverable requirements and vendor document schedule compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ Years Minimum years of relevant experience. GCC work experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining project Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable project requirements.
• Experience conducting internal audits, subcontractor audits, supplier audits, and quality surveillance activities.
