Job summary

The ENTERTAINER is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to join our tech team. Design, develop and run automated tests for our software ecosystems, collaborating with developers and product managers to define requirements and automate test coverage across website, mobile, and API layers.

You will build and maintain automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, track defects, and promote quality practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as QA Automation Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing libraries like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Adept at working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent problems solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers to create comprehensive test plans and execute tests.
• Identify, document and track bugs; work with the team to resolve issues.
• Promote quality coding practices and assist in writing unit tests.
• Continuously improve the test automation strategy and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address testing needs and report results.
• Conduct performance and security testing; ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay updated with testing tools and propose improvements.
