Quartermaster is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to own automated test frameworks, QA tooling, and integration pipelines for core systems. You will build and scale internal test platforms, design automated verification suites, and validate hardware-to-cloud data flows to ensure edge platforms and back-office systems operate with high reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software test engineering or automation.
• Strong Python, TypeScript/Java, or Java skills for test tooling.
• Experience testing REST APIs and data flows in microservices.
• SQL for data validation and backend pipelines.
• CI/CD experience and containerized environments.
• Own test infra end-to-end and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automated test frameworks for core systems.
• Develop end-to-end integration tests and data quality checks.
• Build test automation scripts to simulate real-world environments.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for quality.
• Investigate complex failures and conduct root-cause analysis.
