Job summary

Nameless Ventures in Dubai is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Python / AI-ML) to join the Data & AI Engineering team. You’ll build production-grade Python services and data pipelines, collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to turn experimentation into scalable systems powering recommendations, fraud detection, personalization and GenAI products.

You’ll mentor engineers, help shape architecture, and deploy with Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Backend Engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience, particularly building scalable backend services.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Comfortable contributing to architecture and technical decisions.
• Product mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade Python services, APIs, event-driven pipelines and background workers.
• Help shape architecture and technical direction across the AI/ML Engineering team.
• Productionise machine learning models and data science experimentation.
• Work with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered products.
• Mentor engineers, raise engineering standards and contribute to technical decision-making.
