Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced RAC field professional to oversee vehicle registrations and government permits. You will guide customers through ownership transfers, accidents, police reports, and court processes while ensuring timely clearance of traffic fines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 10 years of UAE RAC experience, with strong MS Office skills and bilingual communication in English and Arabic.

• New Vehicle registration

• Hayazah – manage and obtain government permits
• Assist customers with property damages and accident police reports / court cases
• Assist customers with traffic fines clearance and provide extra details
• Support resolving customer issues
