Job summary

Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan, headquartered in Dubai, seeks an MENAP Lead for External Communications and Public Affairs to oversee communications, government relations, and media relations across the region.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, develop government affairs plans, manage external agency partners, and drive corporate messaging aligned with global strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in communications or public affairs.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to solve problems and provide strategic guidance.
• Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications program including media relations and corporate announcements.
• Develop and manage government relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Advocate with stakeholders to influence public policy and industry standards.
• Provide external communications advice to leadership and the business.
• Develop and maintain MDLZ position at trade associations and media.
