Job summary

Arla MENA is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications leader to drive the region’s strategy from Dubai. You will report to the MENA Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability and shape communications across markets, cultures and functions.

You will lead internal and external efforts, manage calendars and channels, and collaborate with leadership, HR, and global teams, with occasional travel to Rest of Markets as priorities dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Public Affairs, Political Science or related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in corporate communications, media relations or public affairs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategies, leadership communications, and campaigns across MENA to support priorities, engagement, culture and sustainability.
• Lead external communications, media relations and proactive storytelling to strengthen Arla’s reputation and leadership visibility.
• Manage regional communication channels and calendars, including town halls, newsletters, intranet, staff platforms, websites and social channels.
• Support public affairs strategies across Rest-of-Markets by monitoring policy developments, preparing insights and producing stakeholder briefings.
• Build productive relationships with government entities, industry associations and other external stakeholders, supporting advocacy and crisis communications.
