Job summary

Arla Foods, based in Dubai, seeks a MENA communications lead to drive corporate communications across the region and support public affairs. You will work with regional leaders, HR and cross-functional teams to align communications with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead internal and external communications, manage media relations, and shape content for executives, with fluency in English and Arabic and strong storytelling abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public affairs.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience coordinating across markets, cultures and functions in a regional setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies across MENA.
• Lead external communications and proactive storytelling to strengthen reputation.
• Manage regional channels, town halls, intranet, newsletters, and social media.
• Support public affairs by monitoring policy developments and preparing stakeholder briefings.
• Build relationships with government entities, industry bodies and other stakeholders.
