Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a seasoned Consultant Clinical Psychologist with psycho-oncology expertise to support cancer patients in Dubai. The role centers on assessment, diagnosis, counseling and evidence-based interventions across diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, working closely with oncologists and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Proven clinical experience as a Clinical Psychologist, oncology/psycho-oncology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment methods and therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling for cancer-related psychological distress.
• Deliver family counseling and psychosocial support.
• Support oncology patients through diagnosis, treatment, recovery and survivorship.
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicians, nurses and other professionals.
