Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East invites an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our Psycho-Oncology Care team in Dubai, UAE. You will provide psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and family support across the cancer care pathway, collaborating with oncologists and other clinicians to optimize patient well‑being.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with DHA eligibility and oncology experience, specializing in distress management, grief

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Appropriate DHA professional license, eligibility, or ability to obtain the required license to practice in Dubai.
• Proven professional experience as a Clinical Psychologist with oncology/psycho-oncology exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and structured clinical evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy for oncology patients.
• Deliver family counselling to support relatives coping with cancer diagnosis and treatment.
• Support patients and families through cancer care stages including diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
• Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient well-being.
