Job Scope Summary

Manage our residential and commercial properties. Responsible for maintaining property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property (assets) value ,customer satisfaction and revenue.

Main & Key Duties:

• Participate in designing business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
• Develop and manage budgets for leasing and operations. Track and report on financial performance, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee tenant application processes, lease agreements, and renewals.
• Ensure proper handling for tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Make recommendations for adjusting strategies and tactics based on changing market conditions.
• Ensure that properties are in compliance with all relevant local laws & regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and all stakeholders ,to encourage renewals and long-term occupancy.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven minimum 7 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role .
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Real Estate certifications like CPM, would be a plus advantage.
