As a Senior Property Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice tailored to their needs and preferences. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record of success in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in all aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.
• Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and investment consultations to inform clients' decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, regulations, and new project developments.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closures by coordinating with legal, financial, and property management teams.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports, highlighting key property features and benefits.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a property consultant in Dubai's real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market, laws, and regulations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license.
