Role: Senior Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective marketing to attract potential buyers.
- Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish, including negotiations and contract signings.
- Market Analysis: Remain informed on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to offer clients accurate and insightful advice.
- Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring personalized and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
-*Organization: Manage old inquiries and track workload effectively, ensuring efficient time management.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field
- Fluency in English is essential; bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply
- Experience with international clients or a willingness to engage with a global clientele
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for real estate
- A driving license is a plus but not required
