Responsibilities: - Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct detailed market research to advise clients on property values and investment opportunities in Dubai. - Manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including property viewings and negotiations. - Collaborate with developers and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. - Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new developments in the Dubai real estate market.
