The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of the local property market, a strong client-focused approach, and a proven track record of successfully managing property transactions. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct detailed market research to advise clients on property values and investment opportunities in Dubai. - Manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including property viewings and negotiations. - Collaborate with developers and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. - Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new developments in the Dubai real estate market.

- Minimum of 1 years experience in real estate sales within the Dubai market. - Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently and deliver exceptional client service. - Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
