Job description

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
  • Self-motivated, great team player and goal-oriented.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market preferred.
  • Honest, Ethical and Compliant. Good communication skills and presentable.
  • Should have a positive attitude to be good at handling rejections.
  • Should have knowledge in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 5 Years experience as Telesales Agent.
  • Excellent in Arabic & English Language
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Patience, persistence, and persuasiveness
  • Excellent typing skills and computer skills
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in outbound cold calling is mandatory
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
