Senior Property Consultant

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :


Develop and manage a strong client portfolio, identifying and addressing the unique needs of each client.
Lead property viewings and presentations, articulating the unique selling points of each property to prospective buyers.
Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process for high-value transactions.
Utilize market analysis to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations that will drive sales success.
Actively participate in networking events and strategic marketing initiatives to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility.
Mentor and support junior property consultants, sharing best practices and insights to foster professional development.
Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and property listings in the CRM system.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and property valuations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior sales staff.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
