KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a premier property management firm in Dubai, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. At Kaizen, we are committed to delivering exceptional residential and commercial properties, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of service and satisfaction.

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will take a lead role in providing expert guidance and strategic insights to clients throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, showcasing premium properties, negotiating complex sales agreements, and mentoring junior consultants. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong client portfolio, identifying and addressing the unique needs of each client.
  • Lead property viewings and presentations, articulating the unique selling points of each property to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process for high-value transactions.
  • Utilize market analysis to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations that will drive sales success.
  • Actively participate in networking events and strategic marketing initiatives to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility.
  • Mentor and support junior property consultants, sharing best practices and insights to foster professional development.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and property listings in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and property valuations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior sales staff.

  • Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
