Senior Property Consultant

Tarrad Real Estate Development is looking for experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships within the real estate industry.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
4. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
6. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate sector.
3. Strong network of contacts in the Dubai real estate market.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
7. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
8. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Russian, German).
