Job description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Title: Senior Projects Manager -(PMIS)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

  1. Lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of the PMIS solution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, taking into consideration all aspects of the PMIS implementation.

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and end-users.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

PMIS Implementation:

  1. Leverage your extensive experience in implementing PMIS solutions, with a focus ideally on PMWeb, within the real estate and construction sector.
  2. Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal users to customize and configure the PMIS to meet specific organizational requirements.

Leadership:

  1. Manage the project ecosystem, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the PMIS solution.
  2. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree in engineering or economics. An MBA would be a plus.
  2. 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting industries out of which 8+ years of experience in Project and Program Management.
  3. 5+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry (Feasibility & Concept Design to Construction Handover).
  4. Certified in one of the mainstream project management methodologies (PMP/ PRINCE 2).
  5. Experience in successfully leading enterprise-wide transformation projects.
  6. Proven experience in successfully deploying PMIS solutions, with a preference for PMWeb.
  7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
