Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of civil and steel structure projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in coordination with the planning team.
• Supervise project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors ensuring alignment to scope and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Ensure authority approvals and permits are obtained and maintained as required (DEWA, RTA, Civil Defence, etc.).
• Implement value engineering and cost control measures to meet financial targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, safety compliance, and resolve on-ground issues.
• Report project status, risks, and financials to the Head of Projects with recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
Certification in Steel Structures or related training is an advantage

Experience:

12+ years of experience in the GCC with at least 5 years managing civil and steel construction projects
Demonstrated success in delivering mid to high-rise and structural steel projects

Skills:

Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and structural modeling tools
Strong understanding of UAE regulations and authority liaison
Leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
