Job summary

MIRAL LLC in Dubai seeks a Planning Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting within the construction sector.

The successful candidate will develop project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory; MS Project and Excel knowledge preferred. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory; MS Project and Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and maintain project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor progress against baselines and milestones.
• Analyze performance, risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with PMs, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct critical path analysis and resource planning.
• Review scope, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Assist in EOT claims preparation and evaluation.
• Track procurement and construction activities to align with schedules.
• Generate look-ahead schedules and recovery plans when needed.
• Ensure compliance with planning requirements.
