Job summary

Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai-based developer, seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct and oversee design and construction projects in the UAE. You will ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality targets while coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management and QA oversight, with experience in civil layouts, site supervision and reporting to the Head of Construction.

Qualifications

• MSc/BA/Engineering degree with postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Chartered Engineer/Architect designation is advantageous.
• 15+ years of experience in design and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, manage and oversee assigned design and construction projects.
• Report to Head of Construction regularly to update project status.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain NOC's and handover works.
• Control project budget, scope and time schedule.
• Prepare and implement QA plans to ensure compliance with contract plans and regulations.
• Ensure materials and equipment meet contract requirements and project specs.
• Attend and lead project-related meetings; monitor safety per standards.
• Prepare record drawings, technical reports and site diary.
• Day-to-day site management including supervision of team members.

Education

MSc Degree / BSc Architecture / Engineering University Degree
