Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development and implementation of multiple projects from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership, meticulous planning, and the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager for at least 5 years.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Immigrant status is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans as well as overseeing their implementation
• Overseeing daily operations and managing resources
• Coordinating with third-party vendors, contractors and consultants
• Ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Evaluating progress and preparing reports for upper management
• Investigating potential risks associated with projects and taking the necessary steps to mitigate them
• Resolving any issues that arise during the course of the project
• Developing strategies to improve efficiency and lower costs where possible.
