Job summary

PPOAR in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in project management, strong planning and reporting skills, and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication are essential to ensure on-time, on-budget results and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of project management processes including planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from initiation through completion ensuring customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Planning, scheduling, tracking progress against milestones/deliverables managing risks/issues throughout the project life cycle ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the entire process developing reports for all levels of stakeholders providing guidance on best practice approaches for successful delivery.
• Developing project plans including scope, timeline and resource plans; monitoring progress against plans; escalating issues when needed; controlling/monitoring costs; making changes/adjustments when needed; keeping stakeholders updated on progress
