Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure and Capital Programs

Job Overview
The Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure and Capital Programs will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, including financial planning, contractor and consultant selection, and progress reporting. The role emphasizes maintaining quality standards and supporting the achievement of RTA's development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the preparation of annual operational and capital budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reports using Hyperion and RTA systems.
  2. Lead the Project Management Office by monitoring team performance, improving workflows, and ensuring effective administrative support.
  3. Oversee planning, implementation, and completion of approved projects and contracts within scheduled timeframes.
  4. Manage the evaluation and selection process of contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with RTA's supplier assessment procedures.
  5. Coordinate reporting on project progress across units and escalate challenges to the CEO when necessary.
  6. Ensure project performance tracking and quality assurance against RTA's operational standards.
  7. Provide periodic project status reports highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 11 years of professional experience, or
  • Master's Degree in Project Management with at least 9 years of relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Strong background in infrastructure project leadership, planning, and financial management.

Skills:

  • Highly analytical thinking with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
