A prominent landscaping company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years in project management, with proven capabilities in budgeting, team leadership, and client relationship management. Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and laborers.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Foster collaboration between design, procurement, and operations teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project budgets and control costs to prevent overruns.
Approve expenditures, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement efficiently.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Manage project documentation, permits, and legal requirements.
Quality Assurance & Site Supervision
Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, landscaping best practices, and client expectations.
Implement quality control measures and resolve on-site issues.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare progress reports, financial updates, and project status presentations.
Analyze project performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Conduct post-project evaluations to enhance future planning and execution.

Define project objectives and align them with client and company goals.
Ensure effective resource allocation and procurement planning.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and supervise project teams, including site managers, engineers, and laborers.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving.
Project Execution & On-Site Supervision
Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with landscaping designs, contracts, and specifications.
Budget & Financial Control
Manage project budgets and track expenses to prevent cost overruns.
Approve invoices, monitor financial performance, and optimize cost-efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.
Handle project-related legal and contractual obligations.
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring
Implement quality control measures to maintain high landscaping standards.
Review project progress and recommend process improvements.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project status reports, financial updates, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and site reports.
Provide management with insights on project performance and strategic recommendations.
