Senior Project Manager, GEM

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives under the various transformation programs. This programs aims accelerate growth by enhancing operational excellence, optimizing our organizational setup across commercial and support functions, and evolving our go-to-market strategies.

As the dedicated Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in structuring and driving progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable business impact. You will also work closely with an external consultancy organization already engaged in supporting the Invictus projects, ensuring seamless coordination, follow-up, and knowledge transfer between internal stakeholders and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination & Oversight:
    • Drive planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives across supply chain, commercial organization, and market strategies.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, interdependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
    • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment across functions and geographies.
  • Collaboration with External Consultancy:
    • Serve as the primary internal liaison with the consultancy firm supporting the projects.
    • Coordinate joint workstreams, ensure deliverables and timelines are met, and enable smooth integration of external expertise with internal initiatives.
    • Track progress on consulting workstreams, escalate blockers, and manage scope alignment with internal goals.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Partner with SC and operations leaders to identify and implement opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and service levels.
    • Support the development and tracking of KPIs and benchmarks.
    • Streamline processes, improve data accuracy, work on communication, and optimize various aspects of operations within the organization
  • Organizational Design & Change:
    • Collaborate with HR and commercial leadership to support the redesign of organizational structures for growth readiness.
    • Support change management plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Evolution:
    • Work with country leads to assess and implement GTM model changes, including transitions from indirect to direct channels.
    • Track progress and measure impact of GTM changes on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Governance:
    • Establish program governance and reporting cadence, including regular updates to executive sponsors.
    • Prepare clear, data-driven dashboards and updates for decision-makers.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project/program management (minimum 5 years), ideally within commercial transformation, supply chain, or strategic GTM work.
  • Experience working with or managing external consultants in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Have extensive experience with change management and drive / implement agreed on changes
  • Experience in a Commercial Environment & Supply Chain would be beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational transformation practices.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience in MedTech, Pharma, or complex B2B environments is an advantage.
