A leading facilities management company is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fit Out to join their P&DS team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the delivery of fit-out projects for a prestigious financial institution, requiring strong leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or construction, excellent communication abilities in Arabic and English, and over six years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of previous professional experience in managing delivery of fit-out projects.
• Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.

• Develop the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
• Undertake full project management deliverables including schedule planning, risk management, and communication management.

Role :

We are looking for a Fit-Out Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team in Dubai, focusing on a prestigious financial institution account in the UAE.

We are looking for a Fit-Out Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team in Dubai, focusing on a prestigious financial institution account in the UAE.

What this job involves :

• Accountable for day-to-day delivery of all project management tasks
• Develop the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project
• Undertake full project management deliverables including schedule planning, preparing risk registers, design management, procurement management and communication management
• Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
• Assist with the administration of complex contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors / consultants to the contract’s terms and conditions
• Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program
• Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor's design is done in compliance with the contract
• Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract

Desired skills and experience :

• Degree Qualification in Engineering, Construction, or relevant field
• Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English

Other skills and experience should include :

• 6+ years of previous professional experience in managing delivery of fit-out projects (ideally offices)
• Critical thinking skills, ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively
• Leadership skills is a plus
