Job summary

Jaheziya is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Emergency Services & Resilience (ESR) operational projects and contracts across the UAE. The role oversees mobilization, readiness, and contract delivery, ensuring performance against scope, schedules, KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.

The position requires 7+ years in project/contract/operations management, including 3 years on complex service-delivery programs, with 24/7 operational services experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project, contract or operations management.
• 3 years managing complex service-delivery projects/contracts.
• Experience with 24/7 operational services, preferably emergency services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilization through go-live and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate workforce, training, facilities, fleet, equipment and other mobilization requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Act as the key day-to-day contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare project performance reports and management updates.
