Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager

LNR Consultancy are currently working with a top design consultancy who have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager.

You will have a strong design and technical background with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the clients' satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and should have the following qualities and skills:

  1. Suitable candidates will come from a background of Architecture, Design, Construction, or Contracts Management field.
  2. Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract.
  3. Contract Review / Consultancy Agreement Review.
  4. Procurement / Appointment of Sub-Consultants.
  5. Project Delivery / Project Management.
  6. Project Scheduling Experience.
  7. Strong organization and communication skills.
  8. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Variations, Disputes & Claims Management.
