• Develop and manage the project budget, controlling costs.
• Oversee procurement and supplier contracts, ensuring value for money.

Design & Planning :

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, client expectations, and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with designers and architects to optimize space usage.

Quality Control & Safety :

Team Coordination :

• Manage internal and external teams, ensuring effective communication.
