Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Projects Manager - Building Projects to join our PMC Team! In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Construction & Project Managers and report to the Project Director. You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects through all stages, from Design and Construction to the Defects Liability Period.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Project Managers, and report to the Project Director.
• Manage the delivery of the project and support the employer in resolving issues impacting cost, time, and quality.
• Supervise Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders including Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, and Utilities Providers.
• Review technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals and approve/endorse accordingly.
• Provide solutions to project issues affecting cost, time, and quality.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant fields such as mixed-use buildings, commercial, or residential projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Well-versed in project management principles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
