Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Projects Manager - Building Projects to join our PMC Team. In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Construction & Project Managers and report to the Project Director. You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects through all stages, from Design to Construction and Defects Liability Period.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, reporting to the Project Director.
• Managing project delivery and supporting the Employer in resolving issues affecting Cost, Time, and Quality.
• Supervising Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers.
• Attending meetings with stakeholders including Authorities and Utilities Providers.
• Reviewing technical, commercial, and planning submittals and providing approval or endorsement.
• Providing solutions to project issues impacting cost, time, or quality.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in mixed-use buildings, commercial, or residential projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic preferred.
