Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver complex bridge construction and related civil projects from inception to completion.

You will oversee schedules, budgets and resources, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, coordinate with clients and vendors, ensure compliance, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of bridge construction or project management experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelors or Masters) required.
• PM certification such as PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in Dubai.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; implement improvements.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management and clients.
• Negotiate with vendors to optimize resources and costs.
• Ensure compliance with standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned.
