Our Zurich Commercial Insurance, Middle East business is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing multiple projects in the region. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the successful candidate will develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, monitor risks, and lead project delivery from start to finish.

Job Accountabilities

• Take accountability for the successful implementation of local and regional projects.
• Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
• Select and adapt appropriate processes and delivery approaches to meet project goals.
• Manage projects in accordance with Zurich's project management frameworks and policies.
• Develop detailed task-level project plans based on the business case and stakeholder needs.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks to deliver the required outcomes, managing risks effectively.
• Engage with other managers to share best practices and learnings.

Job Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP Certification (PMI) or Six Sigma Certification.
• Strong budgeting and change management skills.
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
