Our Zurich Commercial Insurance, Middle East business is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, monitor risks, and lead project delivery from start to finish, reporting to the Head of Strategy.

Job Accountabilities

As Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking accountability for the successful implementation of local and regional projects.
• Ensuring project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
• Selecting appropriate processes and delivery approaches to meet project goals.
• Managing projects in accordance with Zurich's project management frameworks and policies.
• Developing detailed project plans aligned with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks to deliver the desired outcomes, managing risks appropriately.
• Collaborating with other managers to share best practices and lessons learned.

Job Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP Certification (PMI) or Six Sigma Certification.
• Strong budgeting and change management skills.
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Schedule: Full Time

Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 18 Months
