Our Zurich Commercial Insurance, Middle East business, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and overseeing several regional projects. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Senior Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, monitor risks, and lead project delivery from start to finish.

Job Accountabilities

• Take accountability for successful implementation of local and regional projects.
• Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
• Select appropriate processes and adapt delivery approaches to meet project goals.
• Manage projects in accordance with Zurich’s project management frameworks and policies.
• Develop detailed project plans based on business cases, meeting stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks to deliver expected outcomes, managing risks effectively.
• Engage with other managers to share best practices and learnings.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Strong budgeting and change management skills.
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management capabilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
