Senior Project Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is for Senior Project Professionals who want to join our TI EAD ME team and help us transform the industry landscape and transition society toward a more sustainable future. As a Senior Project Manager, you will report to the Responsible Business Manager. Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire project lifecycle from PM080 to PM670, including accountability for profit and loss, change management, project reporting, team management, mentoring, and coaching your project team. You should have experience managing large, complex projects in the energy industry and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

1. Lead the project team in an exemplary and inspirational manner, executing projects within safety, time, cost, quality, and system performance requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulations, legislation, and corporate governance while delivering business success and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely decision-making and issue escalation when necessary.
4. Oversee contract execution and administration in a compliant manner, acting as a project entrepreneur to maximize opportunities for improvement.
5. Handle risk, opportunity, and issue management, influencing contract formulation and negotiating change requests with stakeholders.
6. Establish and maintain the Siemens Energy Project Management Plan, facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, train and mentor project managers, and adhere to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax regulations, export control, and EHS standards.

What You Bring

1. A graduate degree in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred, with experience in automation projects considered an advantage; candidates with different qualifications may be considered based on relevant experience.
2. 10-15 years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably in automation or electrification projects, with a strong background in project execution within the Oil and Gas industry.
3. Proven experience leading and managing multicultural teams effectively and inspiring collaboration.
4. Proficiency in project execution adhering to safety, time, cost, quality, and performance requirements, with experience in MS Project or similar software.
5. Fluency in English, with strong communication skills suitable for a global audience, and a global mindset with intercultural sensitivity.
6. Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, demonstrating ownership, a positive attitude, and prioritization skills. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for meetings and project activities.
