Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Strategy:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies and define project objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.

• Project Execution & Management:

Oversee real estate projects from design through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.

• Budget & Financial Oversight:

Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy and review invoices, change orders, and financial documents.

• Risk & Issue Management:

Identify and mitigate risks and issues to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Resolve conflicts and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track.

• Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring performance standards and deadlines are met.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.

• Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Oversee inspections and project close-out processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex real estate developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract negotiations, design-build, and permitting processes.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships in a real estate development environment.
• In-depth understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP, LEED, or similar certifications preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
